The Holy Eucharist is the source and summit of our Catholic faith. In this sacrament, we receive Jesus Christ—Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity—and are strengthened to live as His disciples. At Our Lady of the Lake, the faithful are invited to deepen their love for Christ through participation in the Mass and Eucharistic Adoration.
