I share a reflection on the Latin Mass. For many Catholics today, the Traditional Latin Mass (TLM) is often presented as a nostalgic curiosity, a relic, or a cultural preference. While for some, especially the younger generation, it’s an affair that shouldn’t bother them a tad more because they hear it being talked about, yet they can’t relate to it courtesy of the Liturgical changes that followed the Second Vatican Council.

But what is more pointed in explaining this scriptural passage if not a clear understanding that there exists a nexus between faith and health. The connection between faith and health is multifaceted and often involves psychological, emotional, and social dimensions. It is generally understandable that faith can positively influence health in several ways.

The Jubilee Year of 2025, also known as the Ordinary Jubilee of Hope, proclaimed by Pope Francis, ends on January 6, 2026. It began on December 24, 2024, with the opening of the Holy Door at St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome. What this means is that we stirred the course of 2025 in the context of the Jubilee Year of Hope!
